Your quest for gastronomic nirvana kicks up a notch with Mundus (Latin for world), The Rustic Bistro’s Friday Madness offering this Autumn season. We’re creating Old World shots and fearlessly pairing them with New World dishes, all served on slabs! 

 

On center stage is our Dry-aged Rib-eye Steak, the funkiest steak your palate richly deserves! All that funk is a profusion of nutty and vanilla flavors generated by time and patience.

This Old World practice of artisanal preservation of meats may just be the greatest knowledge passed on to us, amidst all the instant food overwhelming us. 


The Rustic Bistro's dry-aged rib-eye steak is seasoned for forty-five days, a span releasing a myriad of intense and fiery beef pizzazz, vanilla, nutty and sweet flavors.
