Ice and Ico resisted the fast-paced world, consciously electing to slow down, breathe and embody carpe diem. Over the years, they indefatigably searched and tested dishes, making them pause, feel and savor the blend of flavors created from enduring culinary building blocks. 

In the upland farms of Liliw, Ice and Ico found the perfect place for pleasurable dining; where basking, ruminating and relishing the countryside are real and tangible.
